Morning, I want to report that your parking traffic warden at Julian S Car Park, Didcot placed a penalty notice on my car within 2 minutes of me parking after I drove past where they were. I noted my arrival time of 10.19 was walking to the pay machine and I have my payment statement paid for for the whole day from 10.21. The penalty notice ticket states issue at 10.22. Can't express how upset I am by this. How can this be? How can anyone possibly park in this place without a fine? You need to be made aware that this is happening, it cannot be right.
